THE PROCESS
At Matrix Builders we realize choosing the right builder for you is important. In our first meeting we will discuss your vision, the homesite of your choice and your desired home plan and budget. We will review the Matrix Builders process to include plan design, plan review, the selections process and building timeline. Combining your vision with our knowledge and experience ensures your vision becomes a reality.

THE PLAN
You have chosen Matrix Builders to build your new home. At this meeting we will provide a concept drawing of the home designed for you, your preliminary pricing and finalize the amenities that are your Must-Haves. We will discuss your financing options and determine the one that works best. When your desired plan and desired amenities meets your desired budget, you'll feel confident a well-informed decision has been made.
THE AGREEMENT
The Construction Agreement is reviewed in detail. This includes specifications and allowances. We also review your Matrix Builders Warranty. Once your Agreement is signed your New Home Journey begins.
Your Matrix Builders Portal
At Matrix Builders we understand that communication is vital to the success of any relationship. We provide our homebuyers with a portal to "house" all communication and documents necessary to ensure the best customer experience.
In your portal you will find your building plans, your selections, any change orders to include job cost totals to-date, your building schedule and all communication between you and Matrix. Your one “stop” for information for your new home.
A comprehensive review of your building plans provides the opportunity to discuss in detail your home plan. Topics of discussion will include your site (plot) plan, placement of lighting, electrical, plumbing and much more.
Once your Plan Review is complete it's time to schedule your personal Design Studio appointment. Richard Cable, A.S.I.D. of Richard Cable Interiors will assist you in hand selecting the elements of your new home. The purpose of this meeting is to finalize your selections and see all the design elements chosen for your home at one time.
Your Vision... Complete!
Your Ideas Matter... To prepare for this detailed meeting, take time to review our website and create your vision board by "pinning" your favorite ideas. Design decisions will include exterior materials such as roof color, window styles and color, doors and much more. Your interior selections include cabinet door styles and colors, flooring, paint, trim detail and much more.
